• Once opened, please shake the rug gently 
• Please flatten the rug in reverse pressure if any creases form
• Clean spills immediately by blotting with a dry, absorbent cloth.
• Some stains can be spot cleaned using a mild, clear detergent with lukewarm water (less than 30 degrees Celsius)
• Leave the rug to dry naturally
• Vacuum the rug regularly using a suction only vacuum
• Do not use a brush as this may damage the rug
• A small amount of shedding or fibre loss is normal on a new rug
• We recommend rotating your rug every 3 months to avoid any uneven fading or wear
